Make a mixture of 1 teaspoon of salt and 250ml of water and stir until the salt melts. With this solution gargle several times a day.
BURNS IN THE ORAL CAVITIES
If you have eaten something hot, make a solution of half teaspoon salt and 200ml lukewarm water and gargle approximately every hour.
SICK AND SENSITIVE GUMS
Make a solution of one teaspoon of salt and 100ml lukewarm water and gargle as often as possible.
This is a temporary solution before you visit your dentist, and this is only to relieve the pain. Rinse your mouth with a solution of 100ml lukewarm water, 2 tablespoons vinegar and 1 teaspoon salt.
ALLERGIES AND SINUSITIS
Salt is the lifeline for the irritated mucosa. Boil 200 to 300ml of water, add salt to the water to be approximately salted as a sea water (not over salted). Wait to cool to room temperature, put it in a nose drops bottle, spray in your nose twice daily.
